Calcaling shows examples of what is locally known as "snowstone" style hard rock quartz. There is a past production history of feldspar and the quartz in the area is very pure and brittle. There is an existing  open pit within the company's tenement boundary that shows very glassy clear quartz. Calcaling is located in the South West of Western Australia. The Calcaling project consists of an exploration license application that is 100% owned by ASQ.
